RESTRUCTURING OF SPARSH SERVICE CENTERS (SSC s) at OUR DPDOS

 

RE-DESIGNATION  OF  OUR DPDOs

 

So far, our DPDOs were doing the pension Disbursing job.

Now, the DPDOs are  re-designated  as SPARSH  SERVICE CENTERS.

We have 64 DPDOs through out the country,

All the DPDOs  will act as SPARSH SERVICE CENTERS ( S S C ) hereafter.

 

The physical and Soft  records held with DPDOs  will continue to be held

 with  them  and maintained  under respective SSCs.

Payment of pension to pensioners will be continued by DPDOs (SSCs) as usual

 

This new arrangement  will come in to effect from 01-06-2024. 

In Tamil Nadu, we have 2 DPDOs (SSCs)  , one at  Teynampet, Chennai and

 the other at Vellore. 

All veterans are advised  to note this new arrangement and utilize the services

 through RE-DESIGNATED  DPDOs( S S Cs) for all queries  , Life certificate and

 DATA corrections etc.
