ONE MORE VETERAN HELPED FOR CHANGE DOB OF HIS WIFE

 

VETERAN HAV. S. ARUMUGASAMY  AND HIS WIFE AT OUR TRUST OFFICE

             On hearing the services of  our welfare Trust  through Notice board 

at our Military canteen and ECHS  Poly clinic ,  the below mentioned veteran

Visited  our Trust for  correction of Date of Birth of his wife: 

Name:  S.ARUMUGASAMY     Rank: HAV   Serv.NO; 1370708 M  

Name of spouse:  Smt. RAMALAKSHMI. 

 Actual Date of birth of his Wife as per Aadhar and PAN card  is: 02-10-1965. 

But in service  record like  Discharge book  it is  mentioned as 10-101963  and  in the PPO , only year 1963.

Hence, the veteran wanted to correct the DOB of his wife to avoid  problem at latter stage..

We prepared the required  application,  Affidavit and Self Declaration  , News paper publication ,copies of Aadhar and PAN card.

We guided him to forward these  Documents to his Record Office through  our Zilla Sainik board.

The veteran and his wife were very much happy  with our guidance and help and thanked us.

Our Trust is  happy in helping  the veteran. 

  We are also happy ,  that many veterans are visiting our Trust  every day for  Change of name and Date of birth  of spouse.
