veteran visited our Trust office for Renewal
of his 32
kb card.

PPO No: D/
004906/1979 DOB: 31-03-1940.
PDA: Indian Bank,
Kadayanallur.
On going through his pass
book entries and pension slip, we noticed that
he is not being paid with Addition pension –
Immediately , we reported
the discrepancy to CPPC, Indian Bank, Chennai
, enclosing the copies of Aadhar card,
PAN card and discharge book where it is
clearly mentioned the DOB as 31-3-1940.
The veteran was very happy with our action and thanked us for the timely help.
Our trust is happy in helping one Octogenarian..
