The below mentioned widow approached us for a help in
getting her DUAL family pension from Military service=]
Name: Smt.Alphonse ammal,
W/o Late Sepoy Durai Raj( 1333104) MEG Records.
He was Re-employed in
TNEB and receiving TWO pension.
After his death, his wife
Opted for TNEB pension and drawing.
After the issue of CDA
circular 504, she approached for DUAL
family pension.
We guided her in all the
way by preparing the application and forwarding. There were so many observations and
correspondence was going on for about 2 yrs.
The main hurdle was getting LTA
certificate from Treasury. As the case
was very old, i.e 1994, the record was not available. We represented the case to Dte.Of Army
veteran for waiver. Lastly the Records accepted the LTA in lieu
Certificate as per CDA cir 476.
Now the widow is
sanctioned with Family pension
w.e.f 24-9-2012 vide PPO.No;154202000054-3000
Smt.Alphonse ammal and her
Son called on us and expressed their sincere gratitude for all the helps and
guidance in getting the DUAL family pension.
Our Trust is also happy in
succeeding in our efforts for a long 2
years of correspondence.
