CONFUSION ON CDA CIRCULAR 631 –TABLE.
The pension of Pre-2006
retired Hony.Nb.Subs is to be revised
as Regular Nb.Sub's pension with effect from 01-01-2006 as per
MOD letter dated 21-02-2020. Subsequently,
CDA Circular 631 is issued.
In that circular, a Table- Annexure- A is
attached, where the Rate of pension of Hony.Nb/Sub at different period is given
like as on 01-01-2006, 01-07-2009
and 24-09-2012.
Now, what is the Rate as on 01-07-2014 and 01-01-2016
This is not given.
Some Bank s are raising
the doubt, what is the Rate from
01-07-2014 and 01-01-2016. Whether , we can revise the pension
up to
24-09-2012 only or we have to wait for one more circular for the other TWO periods..
IT IS AN UTTER CONFUSION PREVAILING AMONG THE Banks for effecting the Revision .
Our MOD and CDA
may think over this matter and issue
one more Table or instruct the
Banks to take the Rates as per OROP (
Cir -555) Tables for 01-07-2014 and multiplying by 2.57 factor from 1-1-2016. So that Banks can easily revise the pension

are requested to take up the issue with appropriate authorities. .
