We tried in our system for
Biometric Digital for finger print and
Eye catching.
As the pensioner is very
old, finger print and EYE is not catching in the printer. Hence, we could not update.
We contacted the Pension
paying Branch , and requested them to accept Manual submission of Life
Certificate.
The widow was taken to
Branch and submitted Manual Life
Certificate- The Branch has accepted .
The Widow expressed her sincere thanks for the help
extended by our Trust.
