Tirunelveli- Dist.
PPO.NO: S/ 28175/1976.
His actual Date of birth
as per Discharge Book, Aadhar card, ,
PAN card is
01-02-1939.
But in the bank record it
is mentioned as 05-02-1952.
We immediately contacted
the CPPC , IOB Chennai and informed the discrepancy with a
copy of Discharge book , Aadhar and PAN card for proof.
The veteran has
completed 80 yrs of age on 31-01-2019.
The Bank officials were
kind enough to accept our submission and corrected the DATA particulars DOB as 01-02-1939.
The veteran was very happy
and thanked us for this timely helped.
Our Trust is satisfied in
helping one more OCTOGENARIAN .
