Widow of a veteran approached us for claiming Dual family
pension.

The veteran was
re-employed in All India Radio after discharge from Military.
He was drawing pension
from both services.
After his death, his wife
is being paid Defence pension only.
As per the latest CDA cir
504, this widow is eligible for a pension from All India Radio also.
We have prepared the
required documents for Family pension from All India Radio and sent it .
The widow and her son were
happy of our efforts and thanked us for this help.
