On verifying his pension papers and Pass book entries ,
we confirmed that the correct rate of pension is being paid from 1-7-2009.
But the arrears on account of CDA cir 482 was not paid.
We prepared a
statement for arrears from
1-1-2006 to 30-6-2009 as per CDA cir 482 and sent to his PDA and their CPPC at
Chennai for payment..
The veteran was very happy on our action and thanked us for the timely help.
