GREAT CHIEVMENT FOR OUR ESM WELFARE TRUST AND ASSOCIATION
One Sgt. V.Antony samy ( 258898 K) , Ach/ GD Date of enrolment: 12-07-1963 and was discharged on: 31-07-1984 He was married to Rosary vadivu and POR action taken.
There was Joint Notification – Endorsement of Family pension,
After discharge, he was drawing his pension vide AF/S/C/ 6240/1984.. He died on 20-05-2020
on a Road accident..
PDA was Canara Bank, PPO and other service records of the veteran were untraceable . Though DAV INITIALLY intimated that there is JOINT NOTIFICATION for family pension, later on intimated that those records were destroyed. The widow approached us for a help in this regard. We took up the case with Bank and DAV for getting her family pension. DAV raised so many queries, we replied to all.
After having correspondence for about 5 years, the DAV and Sparsh authorities generated PPO
VIDE 601198403991 and intimation received on 29-09-2026.-
On receipt of this information, we called the widow for submission of LIFE CERTIFICATE.
The widow, visited our Association office and submitted life certificate on 30-09-2026.
The widow was very happy with our action and expressed her gratitude for our help.
She will be getting arrears from 21-05-2020
Our ESM Trust and Association are very much satisfied with this result and achievement.
