NOMINATION FOR LTA AFTER DEMISE OF PENSIONER

 

Dear Veteran Brothers,

 

There is provision for furnishing particulars  of Nominee  -Form –A  for LTA  in the Legacy  system.

Now, after Migration to SPARSH,   we have to again upload the  particulars  of Nominee  for LTA in our DATA.

For this, the Name of Nominee  for LTA is to be included in the Family details. i.e other than spouse.

If not added, please take initiative to include the name of Nominee for LTA .  there is 2nd option also like  alternative Nominee.

After including Name of Nominee in the family details,  you can go for   Nominee in the Data, There  ,

the system will ask for type of Nomination like normal or LTA.  You opt of LTA . then you give the particulars .

Then  It may ask for documents, like Aadhar/ Pan etc, Upload the same, then click   Add.

There will be another option , alternative nominee, you can give one more name  as 2^nd option

( which is like in the Form-A)

To avoid the hardship in settling the account after demise of a veteran,  all are requested to note

this procedure and  register nomination  without delay,.
