Our MOD has launched a system called AGRIM-
Automated Grievance Redressal and Information Management.
This scheme is launched
for the benefit of Veterans/ NOK - .With an aim of No more difficulties in Pension and Welfare.
After Migration to to
SPARSH, huge number of grievances are being raised by veterans and pending for
a long time .
Considering this Matter, Government of India, MOD has established this effective Grievances Redressal Mechanism for veterans and NOKs. This up gradation in the Grievnces Module will be beneficial to veterans / NOKs, by making the process Redressal Transparent
In this regard, a CALL CENTER IS ESTABLISHED WITH NO;
011-26757700.
We can make a call and
report/ submit our Grievances.
The existing helpline centers also may be used: 011-20863044, 8130591689 & 7683004983.
All our veterans and ESM Association may utilize this facilities.
