Dear Elderly veterans, ECHS members, 

there is an Advisory from MD ECHS  regarding the  - NO NEED FOR REFERRAL  FOR REPORTING TO IMPANELED HOSPITAL  FOR 80 YRS AND ABOVE ECHS MEMBERS.

We are repeating the same Advisory once again.   Our ECHS members please  inform the elderly members  about this to avoid unnecessary  visits to Polyclinic for obtaining  Referral.
