One Sepoy Kuchu Kunjan ( 30746 ) ,
was discharged on 04-04-1946 under
Surplus to Establishment as per discharge clause., a , 11nd World war veteran.
Qualifying service 3 yrs only.
He was not sanctioned with any type pension.
He died on 18-03-1998
On coming to know the services of our Welfare Trust, his wife Smt.SORNAMMAL
approached out Trust for a help in getting her family pension.
SAMT.SORNAMMAL IS 91 YRS OLD.
We have now written to Signals Record Office , furnishing all the particulars for considering her claim for Family pension..
The innocent aged widow was very much happy with our action and thanked us for this help.
