AN IMMEDIATE ONLINE SOLUTION TO CALCULATE O.R.O.P. ARREARS AND TO PAY REVISED PENSION

AN IMMEDIATE ONLINE SOLUTION TO CALCULATE

O.R.O.P. ARREARS AND TO PAY REVISED PENSION
The amount of One Rank One Pensions are arrived on the following parameters of a Pensioner:-
They are:-

1. Rank
2. Qualifying Service
3. Group
4. Date of Birth. (For 80 years and above Additional Pension)

The CPPC of a particular bank is not having the above information about the pensioner, they cannnot pay.  But they have to write to CDA(P) Allahabad, CDA Navy to Mumbai, CDA Air Force to New Delhi for each pensioner on Annexure 'A' as per Cir.555.  It is not practically possible for the PDAs to prepare Annexure 'A' and send it to CDA and also the CDA cannot reply within 15 days as given in the Circular.555.  If that is the case, the Banks would have completed the task successfully.

The Banks and CDA have to trust the records held with the Pensioners.

Now the only remedy is that the the Pension paying branches call all the pensioners, to whom they could not pay the arrerars, call them at their Branches with the Pension records.  Now let the Branch manager verify the above information from the pensioner's records and pass it on to their respective CPPCs on line or email for immediate payment.  Later this list can be sent to CDA for confirmation and if any excess payment can be adjusted in the remaining instalment payments.
There is a website readily available for the bankers to calculate the arrears and revised pension with PDF print out for each pensioner.

Let the bankers visit this website and complete their job.  http://exweltrust.in.  (this is the website we are referring)

No bank should delay payment of arrears and revise the OROP pension for want of Rank, Group and Service.  These informations are available with each and every pensioner.  Banks can call for it and make payment and convince the CDA.  The aged pensioners are the most sufferers.  Specially the pensioners above 80 years should be paid immediately. They should be paid in one lumpsum and not in instalments.
