veteran came to our Trust office and complained that he is getting less pension
than his counter part.

PDA: I.O.B, Tuticorin-Dsit,
TN.
On going through his Bank pass book and PPO, we noticed that
he is being paid a Basic pension of Rs.4290 from 1-7-2009 instead of 4353. and 4762. We confirme the correct Rate from
SUVIGYA also.
Immediately we informed his PDA over phone and reported this
discrepancy to his CPPC, IOB,
Chennai also.
The worried Navy veteran was happy with our action and thanked us for this help.
Our Trust is satisfied in Addressing one more Aggrieved
veteran.
