    As per salient features notified in para 3 (v) of Mod letter of 07 Nov 2015 on OROP, Rule 13 (3)1(iv) and Rule 16B of AR 1954 are not promulgated in various clauses of discharge in PCDA (P) Allahabad Circular No 526 dated 22 Apr 2014. Anybody can beirf the description of Rule 13 (3)1(iv) and Rule 16B

    As per para 4 of MOD letter dated 07 Nov 2015 on OROP. Rule 13(3)1 (iv) and 16 B are not promulgated in the clauses in PCDA(P) Allahabad Circular No : 526 dated 22 Apr 2014. Anybbody can brief me the description of both clause or rule (Rule 13(3)1 (iv) and 16 B)

    Sir , both are butcher's, differences is ,one is small brother other one is bigger , both are looking for chance screw the ESM community , they speak always sweats, but nicely Screw , live examples arrears of 2006 pay commission.
    so don't worry , this rule will be added in next circular.
