On going through his Pass book entries, it was confirmed that he is being paid correct rate
of pension.
During interaction, we came to know that he has not
applied for Endorsement of family pension.
We explained to him the importance of Joint Notification
and prepared the Appendix-I and the Annexure II then and there and guided him
to forward the same in Triplicate to
AFRO through his PDA.
The WO and his wife were very happy with our service and
sincerely thanked for this timely help.
Our Trust is happy in helping one more veteran for Joint
Notification.
