On verifying the available
Documents , we noticed that he was INVALIDED OUT and was sanctioned with 40% Disability for Life,
hence he is eligible for Broad Banding of disability element to 50%.(Cir 429)
We prepared the applicable
Annexure in triplicate and guided him to forward the same through his PDA to
Air Force Record Office,
We also noticed that he
has not applied for Endorsement of Family pension so far.
We advised him to call on
us along with his spouse to apply for
the same.
The veteran was happy and
felt sorry for approaching us very late
and thanked us for this valuable help.
