YET ANOTHER WIDOW HELPED FOR DUAL FAMILY PENSION

 Smt.Chellakani at our Trust Office.

Smt.Chellakani, widow of Late Cpl.Samuel David called on our trust office for a help I getting dual family pension.

On verifying the available documents, we came to know that he was a Pre-1984 retiree.     He was Re-employed in Tamil Nadu State Govt  and was drawing Two pensions.

After his death, his wife is being paid State Govt. pension only. As per the latest  CDA cir 504, she is eligible for  DUAL family pension, but we noticed that there is no indication of Joint Notification in the available documents.

We have now written to The Dte.of Air Veteran, New Delhi  for confirmation and guidance  for getting the Dual family pension.

The widow  sincerely thanked us for such a useful services to the needy
