We contacted the Branch manager and explained the case in detail, calculated the arrears from 4-4-200 to June 2011 amounting to few lacs.. The Manager was so kind enough to accept our submission and promised to disburse the arrears in this month itself.
The widow and her son were very happy and thanked us for this timely help.
Our Trust is also satisfied in helping a widow pension from other department.
