On this day, we all  SALUTE  to those who lost their life  on this war  for the safe guarding our country.

Dear Veteran Brothers,  

Here are some very useful  information for all,   

Kindly go through  and  utilise the  facilities. 

                           USEFUL INFORMATIONS  FOR ESM PENSIONERSSS

1.     1.  Please check whether Joint Notification is done  for all pre-1986 retirees.  If not , they have to apply for Endorsement of Family pension immediately.

2.      2. Unmarried/ Divorced/ Widowed/ Handicapped  daughters are  eligible for family pension even after 25 yrs of age.

3.      3.2^nd Marriage is invalid  when first wife is alive .   But the children of 2nd wife  eligible for pension.

4.      4.    Children of second wife and  first wife  eligible for  50-50 family pension.  Divided  family P  and 2^nd wife and the children of first wife  also eligible for 50-50 family pension. with certain conditions. These eligibility  is applicable only after the death of pensioner/ parents

5.      5. Divorce/ Widowed  - should have occurred during the life of parents

6.    6.    Divorce  application submitted during the life of parents and Decreed after the death of parents also eligible.

7.   7.    Divorce  obtained in village panchayat not acceptable.  But  if the same is registered , then  eligible.

8.   8.    Handicapped children are eligible for pension even after Marriage.

9.      9. The eligible Unmarried , divorced/ widowed , and handicapped daughters  can be added  in PPO now itself by the living veterans.

10   All the dependents i.e parents, children above 18 yrs of age  are to submit  Life certificate and Income certificate   to ECHS every year  to continue treatment.

11..     For change of Name & DOB  in PPO of  Dependents – Wife/ Children : the following documents to be submitted to RO    :    Affidavit, in 2 News paper publication , Self declaration, Aadhar/ PAN card, School /Birth certificate  -  through Soldier’s board.

12.   For change of DOB only,  the News paper publication not required..

13.In case of  unmarried/ widowed / handicapped daughters, drawing pension, should submit  Non-Marriage  and income certificate every year to the Bank to continue the pension .

14..   Some time, An Affidavit  stating the Marital status / unemployment  status  / dependency certificate from  first class Magistrate / VAO  by the  pension drawing daughters.

15     Pl confirm the the Name  of wife  in PPO is matching with Aadhar and PAV card and the Bank pass book.   If not, take action for  correction/ change of name as per procedure .

16.    Advise all the veterans to convert their SB pension account to JOINT ACCOUNT.  This is very much required for easy/ quick  switching over to family pension on the demise of pensioner.

17.   .  Update your particulars  with pension paying branch;   That is, you Name as in the PPO, Aadhar card with the name as in PPO, PAN card,  Mobile Number , and Email ID.   These FOUR  particulars are  very much required when  Migration to SPARSH.

18..   If the Name in AAdhar is mismatching,  correct  the name in Aadhar card  immediately . There should not be any difference   Like   S.Radha/ Radha S,     Rama  Krishnan/ Ramakrishanan ,Palanivel Sundaram/ P.Sundaram  and so on.  IT SHOULD MATCH WITH  OUR PPO.   

Our senior veterans are requested to  guide  our ESM community in their areas.

VISIT OF SPARSH OUTREACH TEAM TO MADURAI.

The SPARSH OUT REACH TEAM  is visiting  MADURAI  on 18-7-2023  and 19-07-2023

TIME: Morning 9.30 onwards.

 MADURAI- 625 004

 We are all having  difficulties in submission of Life certificate  due to  MISMATCH OF AADHAR CARD  with our PPO-  Aadhar Validation failed .

We are not in a position to correct many datas in our  sparsh ppo. like NAME OF WIFE, dob OF wife,  our address ,  State is mentioned as  Bihar  instead of TamilNadu , Bank IFSC code  is wrongly  mentioned  and so many  incorrect datas.  by Manage profile.

The visiting SPARSH may  rectify  the  problems on the spot.   

All veterans, whose PPOs are Migrated to SPARSH  may utilise this opportunity   by visiting and projecting your problems.    Please  carry your  Discharge Book, PPO, Bank Pass book, ESM ID card , Aadhar and PAN cards, particularly  Saparsh ppo.

Ex-servicemen Associations from all our the country  expressing our  dissatisfaction/ anguish  about   the OROP_II and  other anomalies  at JANTAR MANTAR,

In spite of  continuous  Dharna for more than 4 months, our Government  and MOD  is not ready to hear us.   The  Agitation will continue  

All our ESM associations  are requested to support the  FVA   in all the way.  

Our veterans are  fighting in DELHI  for the benefits for  all , hence we have to support them .
